We start with a call or meeting to understand your story, style, and expectations. Whether you prefer candid shots or traditional portraits, we tailor our approach accordingly.
2. Site Visit & Lighting Check (Optional)
If your wedding venue is local, we offer a site visit to check lighting, backgrounds, and angles for your portraits and key rituals.
3. Timeline Coordination
We align our photography schedule with your event timeline so no moment is missed—from bridal makeup to the final bidai.
4. Pre-Wedding Shoot (If Booked)
This session helps couples feel camera-ready and builds comfort with the photographer. It’s also a great opportunity to capture casual, romantic moments in a relaxed setting.
During the Wedding: Capturing Every Detail
Our team works seamlessly in the background, making sure your moments are captured naturally, without interrupting the flow.
1. Arrival Before Time
We arrive early to set up, capture the venue decor, bridal/groom preparations, and family candid moments.
2. Multiple Angles, Multiple Lenses
From close-up bridal shots to wide-angle venue views, we use multiple cameras and lenses to document every element.
3. Candid & Traditional Shots
We blend storytelling candid photography with classic posed pictures for a perfect balance in your album.
4. On-the-Spot Edits (Optional)
For same-day Instagram or screen previews, we offer a few quick edits if discussed in advance.
After the Wedding: Delivering Memories
Once the event is over, our work shifts into the editing and delivery phase.
1. Curation & Editing
We sort through thousands of photos, selecting the best ones and professionally editing each for color, clarity, and mood.
2. Teaser Album Delivery
A short sneak peek (15–20 edited photos) is usually shared within 5–7 days for social media sharing.
3. Full Album Delivery
The complete set (digital or printed) is delivered within 3–6 weeks, depending on the package. Albums are beautifully designed and approved by you before final printing.
4. Video Edits & Trailer (if included)
If you’ve booked cinematography, expect a stunning wedding trailer and full-length video showcasing the entire celebration.
